At Ohana Behavioral Health, we are a community of diverse professionals united by our commitment to enhancing the mental well-being of a wide range of clients, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We are currently seeking an Associate or independently licensed clinician in the State of Washington who is enthusiastic about a group practice setting and capable of providing both in-office and remote telehealth services.

Mission:

Our mission is to empower individuals in our communities to reconnect with the things that are truly important and thrive, both in their personal lives and in their relationships. We aim to establish Ohana Behavioral Health as a place where communities come together.

Vision:

Our vision is to eliminate barriers to and stigma surrounding mental health by fostering awareness of, appreciation for, and acceptance of mental health self-care.

 Values:
  1. Building Strong Relationships:

Establishing strong, meaningful connections is a fundamental need for all of us. We prioritize cultivating relationships within our community and supporting our clients in doing the same. It’s also fundamental to our business to encourage enduring bonds within our team and to collaborate both in the office and within the community.

  1. Serving the Community

Part of our mission is to contribute to promoting wellness within the community through community involvement, speaking engagements, and providing access to mental health care. Our objective is to reach more people and offer psychoeducational services to students, teachers, administration, medical professionals, and businesses in the community through regular outreach.

  1. Compassion for Our Clients and Team

We are dedicated to providing the best care for our clients, fostering a communal and collaborative team culture, and creating a positive and inclusive organizational environment. This commitment includes offering wrap-around services for our clients, promoting self-care among our employees, emphasizing cultural humility as an integral practice component, and implementing regular team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and acknowledgment of achievements. Our goal is to cultivate a holistic approach that prioritizes both client well-being and a positive, collaborative atmosphere within our organization.

  1. Promoting Inclusion

We are actively advocating for the inclusion of clinicians with diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and specialties to enhance our capacity to address the unique experiences of our clients. It is paramount that our office embodies the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusivity, shaping both our culture and daily practices. In alignment with our commitment to cultural humility, we are intensifying efforts to embed these practices within our team. This ensures that our clinicians are adept at understanding and addressing the diverse cultural backgrounds of their clients, thus enriching the quality of care we provide.
