As a Clinical Trainer, your expertise will be key in enhancing our staff’s skills, contributing significantly to the positive impact we make on individuals and families.

We are actively seeking professionals with profound knowledge of mental health to skillfully translate expertise into impactful training sessions. Your unique insights will play a vital role in elevating our team’s capabilities, ensuring top-notch care for our community.

Equitable Compensation for Your Contributions

Ohana Behavioral Health values your expertise and offers fair compensation for this one-time, one-hour project. There are three types of reimbursements:

– $200/training (not recorded)

– $300/training (recorded session)

– $150/session for clinical consultation during group consult sessions (not for CEUs, no prepared slides, not recorded)

Online Training Sessions

All sessions will be on Google Meet, providing flexibility and accessibility. This has to be scheduled on Tuesdays at 10 am, aligning with our regular meeting time, ensuring a consistent and convenient schedule for trainers and staff.

The training materials are provided solely for training and education purposes. Recordings, training materials, and handouts should not be used outside of Ohana Behavioral Health.

Training videos and materials may be shared with both present and future Ohana Behavioral Health employees, irrespective of their attendance at the training.
