Coaching & Consultation Services (Private Pay Only)

In addition to therapy, we offer focused, private pay support for parents and caregivers who may not need—or want—ongoing clinical treatment. These coaching and consultation services are not therapy and are not billable to insurance, but they are designed to meet you right where you are—with guidance that’s practical, flexible, and rooted in compassion.

Parent Coaching

• $180 per 50-minute session

• 3-session bundle: $510 ($170/session)

• 6-session bundle: $990 ($165/session)

• 10-session bundle: $1,600 ($160/session)

Support for parenting challenges across all stages—from toddlerhood to young adulthood. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and can include co-parenting support, behavior strategies, and emotional coaching.

• $180 per 50-minute session

Gentle, supportive coaching for parents in the perinatal period, from pregnancy to early postpartum. We focus on bonding, emotional wellness, early development, and your transition into parenthood.

Coaching and consultation for parents seeking to better support their child’s learning, behavior, and emotional needs at school or daycare. May include IEP/504 navigation, communication strategies, or developmental concerns.

Insurance Information

Even if we are out of network with your insurance provider, we encourage clients to maximize their insurance benefits. Some mental health services may be partially covered. Depending on your insurance and out-of-network benefits, request a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement. For detailed information on out-of-network coverage, connect directly with your insurance provider.

We proudly accept specific insurances upon request, with certain plan limitations. Determine eligibility by providing a copy of your insurance card. Please keep in mind that benefit is not guaranteed until claims are submitted. The following insurances are currently accepted:

Payment is expected at the time of service. Submit your payment effortlessly through the secure client portal using the Credit Card Authorization Form on Therapy Notes.

Cancellation Policy

Recognizing the unpredictability of life, we strive to be flexible. Your time is reserved for you, so if plans need adjustment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
