Parent Coaching and Support
Available in-person in Renton or virtually across Washington State.

Support that meets you where you are — in parenting, in life, and in healing.
Because becoming a parent changes everything.
Parenting is a journey — full of love, growth, and uncertainty. And no matter where you are in your parenting journey, you don’t have to do it alone.
Whether you’re preparing to welcome your first child, adjusting to postpartum life, navigating toddler tantrums, parenting a young adult, or simply facing the everyday challenges of raising kids — our coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with warmth, clarity, and care.
We offer personalized parent coaching and support grounded in compassion, connection, and cultural humility.
At Ohana Behavioral Health, Parent Coaching offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your values — all while learning practical tools for everyday life. We blend compassionate support with research-informed strategies grounded in early childhood mental health, expressive therapy, and family systems work.
Perinatal Support (Pregnancy to Postpartum)
The transition into parenthood can be powerful — and overwhelming. Our perinatal parent coaching provides emotional and practical support for the early stages of family life.
We help with:
Anxiety, sadness, or emotional overwhelm during pregnancy or postpartum
Processing birth trauma or NICU experiences
Feeding and sleep challenges
Identity shifts and relationship stress
Strengthening the parent-baby bond
This is a space to feel seen, supported, and grounded — with no pressure to be “doing it all.”

Parenting Beyond the Early Years (Toddlers to Young Adults)
Parenting doesn’t end after infancy — it evolves. Our coaching grows with your family, offering guidance through every stage of caregiving.
We support:
Tantrums, transitions, and emotional regulation
Power struggles and behavioral challenges
Raising neurodivergent, sensitive, or strong-willed kids
Setting boundaries with teens or young adults
Navigating parenting fatigue, grief, or disconnection
Rebuilding trust and communication in the family
Whether your child is 3, 13, or 23, your role as a parent still matters — and we’re here to walk alongside you.
What It’s Like to Work Together
50-minute sessions, virtual or in-person
Coaching personalized to your parenting goals and values
Come solo, with a partner, or include your child when helpful
Real tools, kind support, and no judgment
Culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming care
This is not therapy — it’s coaching with heart, grounded in early childhood mental health, expressive therapies, and family systems work.

You don’t have to do this alone.
Whether you’re preparing for a baby, feeling stuck in the chaos of daily life, or navigating big shifts with your child or young adult, we’re here to help.
It’s Time to Thrive, Not Survive
Let’s talk about what support could look like for you. We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to understand your needs and make sure we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll create a flexible plan that works for your life and your season of parenting.
Support that meets you where you are — in parenting, in life, and in healing.
