Ohana Behavioral Health is a small, family-centered group practice in Renton, WA. We specialize in play-based therapy, perinatal mental health, and parent support for children and families.

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to step into a hands-on Clinical Supervisor role. This position combines direct clinical work with in-person supervision and consultation.

This is not a remote role.
Consistent in-office presence is required.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If You:

  • Are seeking a fully remote or telehealth-only position

  • Prefer adult-only clinical work

  • Want minimal in-office time or limited supervision responsibilities

  • Are planning to leave in the short term to start a solo practice

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20 sessions per week

  • Provide supervision to up to 5 associates or interns

  • Lead biweekly, in-person case consultation

  • Review and sign off on clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, care coordination)

  • Support clinicians in following established Play Therapy Room SOPs

This is a clinical leadership role.
It does not include administrative or operations duties.

Compensation (W-2)

  • Clinical Supervision & Case Consultation: $71/hour

  • Direct Client Sessions: $64 per session

  • Documentation Review: $35/hour
    (approximately 2–3 hours per week)

 

Requirements

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State

  • Approved supervisor or supervisor-eligible under WA DOH rules

  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience

  • Experience supervising associates and/or interns

  • Experience working with children and families

  • Ability and willingness to work in person in Renton, WA

 

Strongly Preferred

  • Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or RPT-S

  • Formal play-based therapy training

  • Training or strong interest in perinatal mental health

  • Prior group practice experience
